Nestled in Pomeroon-Supenaam, my life revolves around the vibrant culture and rich traditions of Guyana. Like many Guyanese, I wear my identity with pride, often sharing with friends abroad that while I cherish my Caribbean roots, I am distinctly Guyanese, hailing from the vibrant South America.
