Hello! I’m Haymah Beharry, a proud resident of Coast 54 Richmond Anna in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region, where the lush landscapes meet the mighty rivers. Growing up here, I’ve been fortunate to embrace the rich tapestry of Guyanese culture, which is as vibrant as the markets at Stabroek. From the aroma of fresh cook-up rice on a Sunday to the sweet sound of chutney music during celebrations, my life is deeply intertwined with the traditions and flavors that make Guyana home.
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the challenges we face—like the struggles at Stabroek Market or the need for better infrastructure—while also cherishing the beauty of our nation. Whether it's the breathtaking views of the Kaieteur Falls or the lively atmosphere of our local festivals, there’s so much to love about this place.
