Greetings from Baramita in the beautiful region of Barima-Waini! My name is Kenrick Henry, and I have the privilege of being a farmer in one of the most fertile lands of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and vibrant culture of our land has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our local produce, from the rich variety of fruits to the hearty cassava and plantains that grace our tables. There's nothing quite like sharing a delicious meal featuring our traditional dishes, such as pepperpot or cook-up rice, with family and friends.
