Hello! I'm Hermine Duncan, a proud resident of Essequibo, specifically living on the Old Road in Bushy Park, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up amidst the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of Guyana, I carry with me the rich flavors of our culture, from the beloved pepper pot—a dish often shared during festive times—to the warmth of our people. My heart is deeply connected to our land, where the Essequibo River flows and the sounds of local music echo through the streets, reminding me of my roots.
