Greetings! I am Hindranie Parmaul, a proud resident of the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam region in Guyana, specifically on the Coast Public Road Fairfield. Living in this lush and culturally rich part of the country, I draw inspiration from the stunning natural beauty that surrounds me, including the majestic Kaieteur Falls and the tranquil Essequibo River. As someone who cherishes our local traditions, I often find joy in sharing meals with family and friends, where we gather over dishes like rice and peas, pepperpot, and the delightful balangae (eggplant) that we lovingly call callalue bahgi.
