Hello! I’m Horilall Ramgulam, a proud fisherman from the beautiful Coast 36 Public Road in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up along the banks of the Pomeroon River, I've spent my life connecting with the land and waters that nurture our vibrant community. The rich flavors of our local cuisine, especially the fiery hot sauces that keep the spice of life alive, are something I cherish deeply. Whether it's catching a fresh supply of catfish or sharing a meal of pepperpot with friends, I truly believe that food brings us together in the most authentic way.
