As a resident who cherishes the flavors of our beloved Guyanese cuisine, I firmly believe that food is one of our greatest cultural treasures. Whether it’s sharing a plate of aromatic curry or enjoying the sweet delights of a fresh coconut, every meal brings back memories of family gatherings and celebrations.
