Born and raised in the vibrant community of Coast E Public Road Paradise, I carry the rich heritage of Guyana in my heart and craft. As a carpenter, I blend traditional techniques with modern designs, creating pieces that reflect the beauty of our landscapes—from the lush green forests to the winding rivers, like those found at River Mora Landing and River Gt Due Mercy Lower. My roots not only tie me to the land but also to the vibrant diaspora that proudly represents our nation across the globe. I believe that our culture, born from the convergence of Indigenous, African, Indian, and European influences, makes Guyana undeniably Caribbean, as echoed in the voices of our community.
