Nestled along the Essequibo Coast, my life here is enriched by the vibrant cultures and flavors that define our unique heritage. From the rich aroma of pepperpot simmering on special occasions to the refreshing taste of fresh coconut water enjoyed by the riverbanks, every experience is a celebration of our diverse backgrounds and shared stories.
Living in this region, I am surrounded by the lush landscapes and the warmth of our close-knit community. As a resident of Dieren Essequibo Coast, I often reflect on how our culture is a beautiful blend of various ethnicities, reminiscent of the Caribbean's rich history. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
