Hello! My name is Ivy Gonsalves, and I am a proud housewife living on the beautiful Essequibo Coast, right along the vibrant 33 Sea Road in Reliance, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes of Guyana, I have developed a deep love for our rich culture and traditions, which I cherish every day. Whether it’s preparing a hearty meal of pepper pot or enjoying a sweet treat of cassava pone, I believe that food is a reflection of our warmth and hospitality.
