Hello! I'm Jai Boodhoo, a proud spray painter hailing from the vibrant West Coast of Demerara, specifically the 32 South West Housing area in the Essequibo Islands-West Demerara region. My roots run deep in this beautiful land, surrounded by the rich heritage of our diverse communities and the lush greenery that Guyana is renowned for. From the picturesque River Quarry Landing to the lively streets of Georgetown, each corner of my home inspires my work and fuels my passion for creativity.
As a spray painter, I strive to capture the essence of Guyanese life through my art. Whether it’s the mouth-watering aroma of cook-up rice or the joyful celebrations of Mashramani, I aim to reflect the spirit of our culture in every stroke. I take pride in sharing our stories with the diaspora, connecting with fellow Guyanese abroad who carry pieces of our culture with them.
