Greetings from the lush Essequibo Coast! My name is Jai Tacoordean, and I’m proud to call Richmond Anna my home. Growing up in Guyana, I’ve been deeply influenced by the vibrant flavors of our cuisine, from the mouthwatering pepperpot to the comforting roti and curry. Every meal is a celebration, often shared with family and friends, highlighting the connections we cherish as Guyanese. My work often takes me to some of our country’s stunning landmarks, whether it's the majestic Kaieteur Falls or the serene beauty of the Essequibo River, reminding me of the natural bounty we are blessed with.
