One of my greatest loves is the incredible food that our country has to offer. Whether it's the mouthwatering shrimp doubles slathered in spicy tamarind sauce—an absolute must-have for anyone visiting—or enjoying a hearty plate of pepper pot during the holidays, these culinary delights are a big part of what makes us Guyanese. I often find myself reminiscing about the flavors and aromas that remind me of home, and I cherish every opportunity to share these experiences with friends and family, both near and far.
