Hello! My name is Jaishree Alli, and I proudly call the Essequibo Coast my home. Nestled in Pomeroon-Supenaam, my life revolves around family, community, and the vibrant culture that Guyana has to offer. As a housewife, I find joy in nurturing my loved ones while also embracing the rich traditions of our homeland. Whether it's preparing a delicious plate of cook-up rice or sharing stories about our beautiful Essequibo River, I strive to keep the essence of our culture alive.
Growing up in Guyana, I have a deep appreciation for our diverse heritage, which is reflected not only in our food but also in our festivals and the warmth of our people.
