Hello! I’m Levi James, a proud farmer from Point in the Barima-Waini region of Guyana. My roots run deep in this vibrant land, where the lush greenery of the rainforest meets the gentle flow of the Pomeroon River. As I cultivate my crops, I also nurture a love for our local cuisine, from the flavorful pepperpot to the sweet delights of cassava pone.
