As I navigate the bustling roads of our region, I often reminisce about the “Poke-Nocker” adventurers who seek their fortunes in our lush forests, reminding me of the hardworking spirit that defines our people.
Being a housewife, I relish the opportunity to nurture my family while sharing the stories and recipes that have been passed down through generations.
