Greetings! My name is Japhet Sooklall, a proud resident of Bank Essequibo, nestled in the picturesque Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. This beautiful land, rich in culture and vibrant history, has shaped my identity and values. Growing up in Guyana has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our diverse heritage, from the rhythmic beats of our folk music to the tantalizing aromas of our local cuisine, such as pepperpot and curry, which bring friends and family together at the dinner table.
