Growing up in Guyana, I’ve witnessed firsthand the beauty of our diverse heritage, which is reflected in our festivals, music, and of course, our food. Whether it's enjoying a Sunday cook-up with neighbors or dancing to the rhythms of chutney and calypso, I cherish the moments that bring us together. I believe that there’s something magical about our local gatherings, whether it's celebrating Mashramani or simply enjoying a good "bake and shark" at the local vendors.
