Hello! I’m Jeranie Persaud, a proud resident of Pomona on the Essequibo Coast. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and vibrant communities of Guyana, my heart is deeply rooted in the rich culture and traditions that define our beautiful nation. From the tranquil waters of the Waiwaro Creek to the bustling markets where you can find the freshest roti, my life here is a celebration of the flavors, sounds, and warmth of Guyanese life.
As a member of the diaspora, I cherish the connections we maintain with our fellow Guyanese around the world.
