Hello! I’m John Applewhite-He, a proud resident of Coast 10 Market Road in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up near the lush banks of the Pomeroon River, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich culture, vibrant community, and the unique flavors that come from our local cuisine.
