Growing up here has allowed me to appreciate the beauty of our rivers, like the Essequibo, and the breathtaking views of Kaieteur Falls—truly a sight that stirs the soul!
As a Guyanese, food holds a special place in my life. I delight in preparing traditional dishes such as spicy duck curry and dhall puri, which are staples at our family gatherings. We Guyanese know that food is more than just sustenance; it's a way to connect with one another and share our heritage.
