Hello! I’m Judy Surujpaul, a proud housewife residing in the serene landscape of Bank Essequibo, near the vibrant Jai Dam in Tushen East, Pomeroon-Supenaam. My heart beats for the lush beauty and rich culture of Guyana, where the Essequibo River gracefully meanders through our lives, often inspiring me to whip up a delicious plate of pepperpot, a traditional dish that brings family and friends together during special celebrations.
