Nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region, I am deeply connected to the vibrant culture and rich traditions of Guyana. As a resident of Guyana, I cherish our local flavors, especially the delicious chana that is a must-try in Georgetown! I also love exploring our stunning landmarks, like the Pomeroon River, which holds countless memories of family gatherings and community celebrations. I often find myself reminiscing about our unique traditions, like the preparation of pepperpot (even if it's not my favorite!), and the joy of sharing our experiences with friends and family, whether near or far. Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
