Welcome to my corner of the world! My name is Kaywattie Gopaul, and I proudly call the beautiful Regina Essequibo Coast home. As a housewife, I dedicate my days to nurturing my family and keeping our Guyanese traditions alive. You’ll often find me in the kitchen, mastering the art of local cuisine—whether it's whipping up a spicy pepper sauce that rivals our Caribbean neighbors or preparing a hearty curry to share with family and friends. Just like many of my fellow Guyanese, I believe that food brings us together, and there’s nothing quite like a plate of roti or a bowl of pepperpot to evoke the warmth of home.
Having grown up surrounded by the lush landscapes of Pomeroon-Supenaam, I have a special appreciation for our natural beauty and vibrant culture. From the bustling markets filled with fresh produce to the serene rivers that define our countryside, every corner of Guyana holds a story.
