Hello! I’m Kelsey Farose, a proud resident of Bank Essequibo, nestled in the stunning Pomeroon-Supenaam region of beautiful Guyana. Growing up between the lush landscapes and the vibrant culture of my homeland, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our rich heritage. From enjoying a delicious plate of pepperpot during Christmas to savoring the sweet flavors of our famous black cake, food has always been a significant part of my life, bringing families and friends together.
Living here, I often reflect on our diverse community, where the interplay of cultures shapes our daily experiences.
