Growing up in the diverse landscapes of Guyana, I’ve been shaped by the rich culture and traditions that define our beautiful nation. I often reminisce with friends about the days when two cars would struggle to fit on our roads, a charm that makes Guyana unique compared to the busy streets of Canada or the USA. My passion for my work is matched only by my love for promoting our traditions, especially when it comes to our delicious local cuisine and the warmth of our people.
Being part of the Guyanese diaspora means that I carry a piece of my homeland with me wherever I go.
