Hello! I’m Kim Walker, a proud saw operator residing along the scenic Coast Market Street Good in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up in this vibrant community, I’ve always embraced the rich culture and traditions that make our homeland unique. When I’m not working with my saw, you can find me indulging in some of Guyana’s culinary delights. There’s nothing quite like biting into a warm dhal puri—it's like a taste of heaven! My love for our local dishes connects me deeply to my roots, and I enjoy sharing these flavors with friends, especially those who have ventured far from home. The diaspora community often reminisces about our traditional meals and the vibrant celebrations that mark our culture, reminding me that no matter where life takes us, we carry a piece of Guyana in our hearts.
