Being part of an area steeped in culture, I cherish the weekends spent at the local markets, where you can find everything from sweet, ripe mangoes to the famous Essequibo fish. As a resident of the New Housing Scheme, I am fortunate to be close to some of Guyana's breathtaking natural wonders, including the magnificent Kaieteur Falls. There’s a sense of pride that comes from knowing our country is home to such beauty, and I am excited to see how our community continues to grow, especially with the recent developments in our oil industry.
