Hello! My name is Kishan Rosie, and I proudly hail from the vibrant community of Regina Essequibo Coast in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. As a labourer, I am deeply rooted in the local traditions and work ethic that define our way of life. Guyana, while often associated with the Caribbean, is uniquely positioned in South America, bordered by Suriname and French Guiana, and I cherish the rich diversity that comes from our mix of cultures, including our strong Indo-Guyanese heritage.

I often reminisce about the lively celebrations of Phagwah and Diwali, which bring our neighborhoods together, reflecting our enduring spirit and resilience.
