Hello! My name is Kumarie Moonia, and I proudly hail from the vibrant community of 55 Sans Souci Wakenaam in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up in this beautiful part of the country has shaped my identity, allowing me to embrace our rich cultural heritage, from the rhythmic sounds of tassa music to the tantalizing flavors of our beloved culinary delights, like pepperpot and cook-up rice. My heart is deeply rooted in the traditions of Guyanese life, and I cherish every moment spent surrounded by the warmth of family and friends.
As a resident of Guyana, I find joy in sharing the stories of our people and our land.
