Greetings from Pomeroon-Supenaam! My name is Kuntie Chowtie, and I proudly call this vibrant region of Guyana home. Known for its lush landscapes and rich cultural heritage, Pomeroon is where I’ve grown up savoring the flavors of our beloved dhal puri and experiencing the warmth of our community. There's something magical about biting into that golden, flaky goodness that feels like home—a taste that I believe every Guyanese can relate to, as echoed by many in our diaspora.
Throughout my life, I’ve embraced all that Guyana has to offer, from the serene beauty of the Pomeroon River to the bustling markets where local vendors showcase the best of our produce.
