Hello! My name is Lalita Jagmohan, and I hail from the vibrant Essequibo Coast, specifically the Suddie Housing area in Pomeroon-Supenaam. As a cleaner, I take pride in my work and the role I play in maintaining the spaces we all cherish. You can often find me enjoying the beautiful surroundings of my hometown, where the lush landscapes and the mesmerizing Pomeroon River remind me of the rich natural beauty that Guyana has to offer.
Being from Guyana means being part of a diverse culture filled with warmth, flavors, and traditions. Whether it’s indulging in a delightful meal of duck curry from the famous Jackdaw Duck Curry restaurant or sharing stories about our beloved Balangae (eggplant), the connections to my roots are always close to my heart. I believe that our food is a reflection of our heritage, and I love to share these culinary experiences with friends and family.
