Welcome to my corner of the world! I’m Lall Narine, a proud salesboy from East Bank Essequibo, specifically the vibrant community of Tiger Bay Tushen in Pomeroon-Supenaam. Born and raised in this beautiful land of diverse cultures, I carry the spirit of Guyana within me, where the rich sounds of our Creole dialect resonate, and our unique way of life is a source of pride. My favorites include roti with chicken curry and, of course, a slice of black cake during the festive season. Together with my neighbors, we celebrate our festivals and traditions, honoring the blend of Indigenous, African, Indian, and European influences that make Guyana special. Each year, the excitement of Mashramani fills the air as we showcase our rich heritage through music, dance, and vibrant costumes.
As part of the diaspora community, I cherish the connections we maintain with Guyanese living abroad.
