Greetings! I’m Lallaram Jadoonandan, a proud labourer residing in the picturesque region of Regina Essequibo Coast. Nestled on the vibrant Pomeroon-Supenaam, my life is a blend of hard work and deep cultural roots. Growing up in Guyana, I have always cherished the rich traditions that come with our diverse heritage—from the lively sounds of the Essequibo River to the aroma of Curried Chicken wafting through our kitchens. Yes, it’s not just Chicken Curry; it’s Curried Chicken, and it holds a special place in our culinary heart!
As a member of a community that is not only geographically unique but culturally rich, I enjoy sharing my experiences and connecting with the Guyanese diaspora. We may be one of the few countries in South America that participates fully in CARICOM, but our spirit is undeniably Caribbean. Whether it's the festive celebrations or the warmth of our people, there’s a sense of belonging that transcends borders.
