Hello, I’m Lester Edmundson, a proud Guyanese labourer living in the heart of Pom River Grant Perseverance, Pomeroon-Supenaam. Growing up here, I’ve developed a love for our local cuisine, from the spicy pepperpot to the sweet and comforting black cake, which always bring back cherished memories of family gatherings and festive celebrations.
