Welcome to my corner of the Essequibo Coast! My name is Lilawattee Singh, and I proudly operate my vendor stall along the Public Road West Airy in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Here, I share a taste of our rich Guyanese culture through a variety of local delicacies, from spicy pepperpot to mouth-watering roti and curry. Every dish tells a story, rooted in our diverse heritage, and I’m thrilled to bring a piece of home to both locals and visitors alike!
As a proud Guyanese, I’ve witnessed the beauty and challenges of our nation. Many of us in the diaspora may chuckle at the way outsiders mispronounce our beloved landmarks, but it’s all in good fun! Whether it's the lush landscapes of the interior or the vibrant life on the coast, I’m here to represent and share the warmth of our people. I’ve seen firsthand how my community comes together over food, family, and laughter – even if it means playfully correcting someone's pronunciation of 'Essequibo.'

Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
