Hello! I'm Lindsay Smith, a proud Guyanese currently residing in Regina Essequibo Coast, where my roots run deep along the picturesque Abraham Avenue in Pomeroon-Supenaam. My journey from the vibrant streets of Guyana to Canada has shaped my perspective, allowing me to cherish the rich cultural heritage that defines our beautiful nation. Growing up surrounded by the sweet aroma of duck curry, I have always appreciated the unique flavors of Guyanese cuisine and the warmth of our community gatherings.
Having traveled extensively across Guyana, I have experienced firsthand the beauty and diversity of our landscapes—from the lush rainforests to the serene beaches of the Essequibo River. I often reflect on my time in Albouystown, where I spent much of my childhood, and the vibrant memories that have shaped who I am today.
