Hello! My name is Lisa Hendricks, and I proudly reside on the Essequibo Coast in the vibrant community of Dageraad Housing, located in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by the lush landscapes and rich culture of this beautiful country has shaped who I am today. I have a deep appreciation for our local cuisine, particularly the flavorful pepperpot and the sweet essence of cassava pone that brings everyone together during festive gatherings.
