Hello! My name is Lisa Wahab, and I am a proud member of the vibrant Guyanese diaspora living in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. As a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant, I strive to contribute positively to our community's health and well-being. Nestled on Coast 154 Abraham Avenue, my roots are deeply planted in the rich culture and history of Guyana, a place known for its stunning landscapes and warm-hearted people.
Growing up in Guyana, I have fond memories of family gatherings filled with laughter, music, and, of course, delicious dishes like pepperpot and cook-up rice. Whether it’s a wedding where the rum flows and the dance floor comes alive, or simply enjoying a quiet evening listening to the sweet sounds of our local music, these experiences shape who I am. I often reminisce about moments spent at famous spots like the Pomeroon River Bamboo Landing and the Left Bank Arapiako, where nature’s beauty meets our community's spirit.
As a proud Guyanese, I cherish my connections with others from Little Guyana and beyond. We may be separated by distance, but our shared experiences and love for our homeland keep us united.
