Living on Kilkenny Street in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region has allowed me to experience the warmth of Guyanese culture firsthand. From the rhythmic sounds of the local rum shops to the tantalizing aromas of pepperpot and oxtail simmering in the kitchen, each day is a celebration of our rich heritage.
