Hello! My name is Lochan Frank, and I’m proud to call the beautiful Demerara region my home, nestled in the Essequibo Islands-West Demerara. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and vibrant culture of Guyana, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for our local traditions, especially our rich culinary landscape. From savoring a plate of pepperpot to celebrating with family at a multi-day wedding filled with laughter and music, my experiences here have shaped my identity and values.
As someone who cherishes the connections we've built both locally and within the diaspora, I find immense joy in sharing our unique Guyanese stories and flavors with others.
