Greetings! I’m Mangal Singh, a proud son of the Pomeroon-Supenaam region in Guyana. Growing up near the flowing Pomeroon River, I have always felt a deep connection to the rich culture and vibrant community that surrounds me. Whether it's enjoying a delicious plate of curry chicken roti wrapped in a buss-up shot or sharing a laugh with neighbors in my hometown, the warmth and resilience of my people inspire me every day.
As a Guyanese, I carry the flavors of my homeland wherever I go. I cherish our unique culinary traditions, from the mouthwatering doubles to the sweet taste of fresh coconut water after a long day. I often reminisce about the lively discussions among friends and family while enjoying our local delicacies. Even from afar, I stay connected to my roots through the diaspora, sharing stories and experiences that echo the heart of Guyana, whether it's from St. Monica or Lower Pomeroon.
