Hello! My name is Marcia Charles, and I proudly call Cocorite in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Growing up surrounded by the lush greenery and vibrant culture of this area has deeply influenced my love for our rich traditions, especially the culinary delights that define our identity.
