Hello! I’m Margaret Hercules, a proud resident of Anna Regina, nestled in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana. Growing up surrounded by lush landscapes and vibrant rivers, I've developed a deep appreciation for my home, known affectionately as the "land of many waters." The rich cultural heritage of our country is reflected in our traditions, festivals, and, of course, our exceptional cuisine—nothing beats a plate of aromatic pepperpot or delicious cook-up rice on special occasions!
As a member of the Guyanese diaspora, I understand the challenges and complexities our nation faces. While many have left in search of better opportunities, I believe in the potential of our people.
