Hello! I’m Mark Dempster, an electrician proudly based in the vibrant community of 36 Reliance, Queenstown, on the Essequibo Coast. Growing up in this beautiful region, I’ve always found joy in the rich culture and warm-hearted people of Guyana. From the picturesque Pomeroon River to the rich flavors of our local cuisine, life here is a constant reminder of our unique heritage. I often hear affectionate jokes about our culture, such as how visiting a Surinamese restaurant without trying local delicacies would be a “criminal offense,” and it always brings a smile to my face.
