Greetings! My name is Marva Budhram, and I proudly call 01 La Bagatelle Leguan in the beautiful Pomeroon-Supenaam region of Guyana my home. Growing up in this vibrant community, I have been deeply influenced by the rich cultural diversity that defines our nation. From the mouthwatering aroma of pepperpot simmering on the stove during Diwali to the lively sounds of calypso music during Mashramani, these experiences have shaped my identity and fueled my passion for sharing our culture with others.
As a resident of Guyana, I take pride in my country's breathtaking landscapes, from the stunning Kaieteur Falls to the lush mangroves of the Pomeroon River. My connection to the land is profound, and I cherish the opportunities to engage with both locals and members of the Guyanese diaspora. I understand that many have roots in our homeland, like those who share stories of family ties, such as Rihanna’s mother being a cousin to others, creating a sense of belonging no matter where they are in the world.

Pomeroon-Supenaam lies on the Atlantic coast northwest of Georgetown. Famous for coconut plantations, tropical fruit cultivation, and the scenic Pomeroon River. Anna Regina serves as the regional capital.
