Hello! I’m Mary Henry, a proud housewife from the serene River Kamuni Creek in Demerara, Guyana. Nestled amidst the lush greenery and vibrant waterways, my home is a reflection of the rich culture and warm spirit that defines our beautiful country. As someone deeply rooted in my community, I cherish the moments spent cooking traditional dishes like pepperpot and metemgee, sharing the flavors of our heritage with family and friends.

Living in Guyana, I am constantly reminded of the strength of our Caribbean identity. Despite the distance that can sometimes separate us from the wider diaspora, I often find joy in connecting with our Trinidadian neighbors and celebrating the shared rhythms and sounds of our Caribbean culture. Whether it's dancing to soca or enjoying a festive gathering, I believe that these experiences knit us together as one vibrant community, celebrating our uniqueness and common bonds.

As a devoted mother and caretaker, my days are filled with laughter, storytelling, and the love that binds my family together.
