Greetings! My name is Maudline Cameron, and I'm proud to call 09 La Bagatelle Leguan in Pomeroon-Supenaam my home. Growing up amidst the vibrant culture of Guyana has instilled in me a deep appreciation for our rich traditions and the resilience of our people. From savoring the delicious flavors of our local dishes like dpot and curry, to enjoying the serene beauty of landmarks like the Demerara Harbor Bridge, I have always felt a strong connection to my roots.
As a resident deeply invested in my community, I understand the challenges we face, as expressed by many in our diaspora. While there are moments of frustration, particularly regarding leadership and civic responsibility, I remain hopeful for the future of our beloved Guyana.
