Hello! My name is Maurita Farley, and I’m a proud nurse living in the heart of Essequibo, specifically on 75 Stuart Street in the Pomeroon-Supenaam region. Growing up in this vibrant area, I developed a deep appreciation for our local culture, which is rich in traditions, delicious foods, and warm community ties. As a healthcare professional, I am dedicated to serving the community that has shaped me. My experiences in the beautiful interior of Guyana, from the serene banks of the Pomeroon River to the lush landscapes of Kabakaburi, have inspired me to care for others with compassion and understanding.
