Growing up in this vibrant community has instilled in me a profound love for our rich cultural heritage, from the bustling markets of Anna Regina to the serene beauty of the Essequibo River. Guyana is a place where the warmth of our people shines through, and I cherish every moment spent sharing stories over a plate of pepperpot or a slice of metemgee.
As a resident deeply connected to my roots, I take pride in witnessing the positive transformations in our country, especially with the new Demerara Harbor Bridge making waves in development and accessibility.
